The NSLA is a professional association of attorneys who specialize in security clearance law. Our mission is to serve as a resource for individuals and organizations in understanding and navigating the complex process of obtaining and maintaining a security clearance.

I am honored to be elected as the Chair of the National Security Lawyers Association. The members of the NSLA believe in the importance of safeguarding sensitive national security information. We seek opportunities to assist members of the intelligence community who might be looking to get a better understanding of the national security framework, adjudicative guidelines, and the adjudicative process.
Our board members are litigators with years of experience in assisting individual and facility security clearance applicants through the application process from application through final appeal and reapplications for individuals who have previously been denied a clearance. Nearly all of our board members have served as military members and have held security clearances in the military and intelligence community capacities in the past. All are regular contributors and resources for media outlets dealing with security clearance questions and concerns.
